Need Some Cooling
A cooling mist can be a lifesaver on scorching summer days. Fill a small spray bottle with filtered water and a few drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil. Keep it in the refrigerator or cooler bag and spritz yourself whenever you need a quick cooldown. Avoid getting it in your eyes. You can even make cooling cloths if you tend to get heatstroke. Prepare cooling cloths before you need them. Mix water with a few drops of Eucalyptus Radiata and apply to a wet hand towel or paper towel. Freeze and use as needed. Trinity Lotion is my go-to solution. It has beta glucan and aloe vera to help cool down sunbaked skin from playing in the sun. You can also add essential oils to it. Prepare a 4 oz bottle of Trinity Lotion with 5 drops of Lavender Mailette, 5 drops of Rose Geranium, and 5 drops of Carrot Seed. Mix all ingredients well. You can use it before going out into the sun and after as well.
