Learn the importance of eating healthy and enjoy the foods you eat to improve your health. I am, Debi Voris, your Keto 90 Lifestyle Mentor. In our modern society, people don’t realize that our foods, especially produce are not complete. There is a better way to eat, and I will show you how.

I have personally lost 70 lbs. and kept it off. I have never been a runner, and I have completed two half-marathons. In this year’s half marathon, I was able to smash off 25 minutes of my original half-marathon time. As time goes on, I keep improving with age, and I am getting ready to beat my time again for my third half-marathon in February of 2018.
