Cheese is a good source of healthy fats, calcium, and protein. It ideal for bone health.  Choose high-quality, full-fat cheeses and use in moderation.

Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are rich in healthy fats, fiber, protein, and antioxidants, and may reduce inflammation in the body.
