Grass Fed Cow’s Butter

Butter made from grass-fed cow’s milk is an healthy fat that is rich in minerals and nutrients such as vitamin K2, which is important for bone health. It also contains butyrate, a fatty acid that may help reduce inflammation in the body. Plus, it helps absorb nutrients from other foods.

Full Fat Dairy Products

Full-fat dairy products such as organic heavy cream and full fat yogurt are a great sources of healthy fats and contain calcium, vitamins D and A.


Coconut milk and cream are another great healthy fat that has sources of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which improve brain function and aid in weight loss.

Dark Chocolate

Yes, dark chocolate is another healthy fat. With at least 70% cocoa content, dark chocolate is loaded with healthy fats and antioxidants that lower blood pressure and improve heart health. It also improves brain function and fights skin damage.


Eggs are a great source of healthy fats too. They are full of nutrients such as vitamins B2, vitamin B12, vitamin D, vitamin A, selenium, iodine. and other essential minerals and trace elements, including phosphorus. The egg yolk is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for brain health. Best cooked as soft scrambled eggs or poached.  The runny yolk retains the essential nutrients better.


Avocados are great source of healthy fat and a rich source of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds.  Their high fiber aids with gut health.  Of course. their monounsaturated fats helps improve cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of heart disease, and promote weight loss.


Cheese is a good source of healthy fats, calcium, and protein. It ideal for bone health.  Choose high-quality, full-fat cheeses and use in moderation.

Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are rich in healthy fats, fiber, protein, and antioxidants, and may reduce inflammation in the body.

Incorporating Healthy Fats is Not Intimidating

Incorporating healthy fats into your diet doesn’t have to be intimidating. Choose what works for you.  They can be used any diet. It is very beneficial in a keto plan to release weight.
