Water is Crucial for Your Health

Everyone is different.  We often hear to drink 8  – 8 ounces of water per day.  A good rule of thumb is to drink half our body weight in ounces of water every day to provide the body with its MINIMUM water replacement requirements. Triple the intake will give you better results.

Water is very beneficial for your health.  It will not only improve your skin about also your scalp.  Your skin and scalp will be less dry.  You will even have less acne breakouts because water will flush away toxins.  You will have less chance of having bags under your eyes, and your hair and nails will be stronger too.

Water will also help your liver and kidneys to flush out waste and toxins within it.  It allows the body to metabolize fats more efficiently.  Water will help you lose weight.
